Charity foundation «Generation of Opportunities» was established by Lipa Kirill russian businessman, CEO of the THM.

The most significant assignment of the charity foundation «Generation of Opportunities» is maintaining Russian industry and science by engaging young and talented youth to production.

There are some difficulties with grants and competitions in modern Russia that helps youth to show their skills and abilities. Every year opportunities to receive free education in top-level universities reduce due to reduction of the state-founded place. The Foundation conducts competitive admissions using multiple criteria to select the most qualified candidates in technical area and help them financially.

Modern Russia is faced with shortage of employee in technical area. There are will be workshops leading by company resident to present company for student and to invite youth specialists to internship with possible future job offer

Notification for partner universities, receive list of candidates who due to external circumstances don’t get a state-founded place, but have a high score of Unified State Exam
First stage of selection. Correspondence
Based on motivation letter, where candidate present himself and his achievements, describing why he chose this faculty, describing where he sees himself in 10 years. Amount – 1000 words.
Second stage
of selection.
Online interview with committee experts
Grade of application forms
Summery for every candidate and their application forms. President of expert committee is CEO of the THM Lipa Kirill, other experts will be announced later
